Spread Kindness-It goes a Long Way

It's so crazy to think we only have a few more weeks of 2022! I'm so thankful for all I've been able to achieve and everything I learned this year.  The reality is I couldn't have done all this with you all. I want to thank my family, friends, clients, my intern, mentors and coaches who inspire me every day.

Yes, the gifts and the decorations are nice, but the holidays are truly about helping each other just a little extra. It's about being grateful for everyone and everything during the year.  And it's a time to see how we can live with more gratitude in the new year.
