It’s the holiday season!

It's December! And it's crazy to think that 2023 is less than a month away!

I love this time of year and truly believe it's a special time no matter what holiday you celebrate or if you even celebrate holidays at all. It's the last month of the year-a great time to reflect on all your achievements and challenges of the past 11 months. It's also (for us Northeast folks anyway) a time to get ready for both the harshness and beauty of winter. 

However, many people don't look forward to this time of year. It can be pretty emotional. The holiday season is also a very easy time to compare our lives with others. The constant images of seemingly perfect storybook lives really brings people down. It's always hard to remember that perfect holidays don't exist.
