About Me

Hello, my name is Gina N. Fico, and I’m the founder/President of Bay Rock Digital Marketing! Fun fact: I’m a lifelong Jersey girl! If you ask me where I’m from, I will always say Bayonne, despite only living there for the first 13 months of my life. But that’s the community where my parents and grandparents grew up, so that’s where my heart will always be. I grew up and reside in Rockaway, which is how I got the name Bay Rock!

Growing up, I was “that kid” who always asked questions and innovated. From a very early age, it amazed me how someone could turn an idea into a profitable business. At ten years old, I wanted a business beyond a lemonade stand, so I decided to start Gina’s Ice. Of course, at 10, this wasn’t a “real business,” but I still had fun making and selling my little “ice sculpture cups” to neighbors and friends!

As I got older and could create a “true business,” I noticed a significant lack of connection in digitalization. It became clear that entrepreneurs struggled to speak to their audience online genuinely, so I created Bay Rock Digital Marketing to increase that needed community in the digital space.

My mission is to help you develop a healthier and more productive relationship with the platforms we use each day. Running a business can be very challenging, but it can feel impossible when your strategy isn’t working for your specific needs. My goal is to make you feel empowered as you digitalize your brand.
