New Beginnings: How to do Spring Cleaning on Your Digital Marketing!
Spring is a wonderful time for a new beginning. It’s a new season after navigating through the coldness and darkness of winter. It’s also the start of the second quarter. Spring is a perfect time to revamp your digital presence. Here’s some ways to do it:
New Ideas: We get it. A few weeks after the new year, the excitement starts to dwindle. People get so caught up in the demands of daily life that their plans for the new year go to the wayside. Once February rolls around, the reality sets in that we didn’t do what we said we would. Spring is a great time to revive that. Launch new services or workshops. Doing events is another idea to bring something new to your business. Give something to your clients and followers to get excited about!
Revamp your socials and website: After the holiday rush and the new year, content can become a bit mundane. You might’ve noticed that your engagement has recently declined. As we’re in the early part of the second quarter, it might be a good time to start planning your social media. Using a project management like Trello can really help you stay focused. Keep track of what kind of content performs better and focus on that. Also, editing your site and adding any new updates or upcoming events is another way to freshen up your presence. Fix or remove any issues across your pages.
Step outside the digital space: The weather is getting nicer! No need to hide behind the screen all day anymore! Use your digital platforms to connect with events and activities outside of cyberspace. Engage with local businesses and see what kind of events like fairs and carnivals are going on. Think of ways to promote your business at these events but also attend with having fun as a goal. We work hard as entrepreneurs. We all deserve to enjoy ourselves in the nice weather!
