Unlike social media where businesses can just go and create a page, Google has eligibility guidelines. Your business has to have a physical address and needs to meet face to face with clients. This means home businesses can face challenges. Some other ineligible businesses include PO Boxes, rentals, virtual offices and websites URLs that go to social media pages.
If you are able to create a page, however, do it! This should be a priority for almost any business. It will open so many doors for your business to thrive online.
