The Importance of Customer Appreciation
On Saturday I went out with for coffee and walk by the lake with a friend. It was a beautiful spring day in New Jersey! When I got home, I was surprised with a customer appreciation gift from THE HOTH!
It was a perfectly branded, sharp black box with the big red mascot on it. I opened it up and the box was full of merch such as a mug, mouse pad and even a bottle of hot sauce! It was a wonderful surprise! And it really made me think about the value of feeling appreciated.
See, I use THE HOTH for my business and have been very happy with their services. Every time I work with them, it’s been seamless, effective and personal, all traits I strive for in my business. I knew it was a good company to work with, but it was amazing to feel appreciated.
It is so important to take time to think about your clients. I get it, as a business owner we’re so wrapped up in daily operations that we may forget. It might be a challenge for some people to think about the right gift for their clients. However, there’s a few ways to show your appreciation.
A box full of merchandise with your logo is a wonderful idea to send to clients.Tip: try to provide some items they really need such a mug or pens. It might not seem like a lot, but trust me this goes a long way. Gift boxes filled with items for their personal lives can also be a good idea. Gift cards is another way to express your appreciation. Think about your clients and what they like. They will really love that you remembered some of their favorite places!

We all understand how important your clients are to your business but it feels awesome to hear and say it!
